Description
The house is located in old residential district in outskirt of Yokohama City. We were commissioned to design a house in the empty lot beside the house where clients and their parents have been living for many years. While the parents continue to live in the existing house and also there were Japanese garden and unpaved area on the site, our task was to figure out how to take accounts of these existing conditions into the design of the house.
