Description
This is the house built in the space between the existing house in which clients parents continue to live and the narrow street in front of it. The elevated volume clad with red galvalium panels allows the both pedestrian and car access to the parents house as well as to the existing parking garage.

The elevated portion containing the living room was carefully placed in order to establish the visual relationship between the interior and surrounding existing trees and it also gives a character to the house.
